Google maps in re:fract
Glass Onion’s Content Management System – re:fract – now has a module which allows Google maps to be added to any page within re:fract. Some notable features:
- The module is fully integrated through re:fract’s administration facility.
- This allows locations to be specified by street address or latitude and longitude co-ordinates.
- Fine tuning of the location pointer is available via directional controls.
- The location pointer is customisable - we can even design one using a company logo!
- Displayed maps retain the standard Google functionality of zooming in and out, panning left, right, up and down.
- Maps can be displayed as a street map; satellite image or hybrid, which is a satellite image with super-imposed street names.
- Google Maps are also available for non-re:fract sites!
